Kids with artistic flair were welcomed to the college recently, and given the chance to learn the fine art of calligraphy. Ideal in helping with fine motor coordination and encouraging youngsters to learn the art of drawing, this course is held once a semester and those who attend, both young and old, often describe is as fun, engaging and inspirational. 
 
Bolden is known for regularly holding courses for children that encourage their artistic ability, such as the Kids Sculpting course held a few months ago, and the Color Theory for Kids course which is scheduled to be held next semester. Those who wish to join the classes as mentors can speak to the Information Officer at the rec center.
